Mathematically Impossible

If I were doing a statistical analysis of what the probabilities and even the possibilities are that nine totally incompetent people could come together to set policy for an institution as important as the Clark County School District, I’m sure I’d give up my profession when I learned that the statistical analysis would show that getting together that particular combination of people is mathematically impossible.
