The last time CCSD went before voters was for the 1998 Bond
Program. This successful 10-year
program, with good management, provided for capital improvements for the past
14 years. The unprecedented population growth
required essential repairs and improvements at older schools. The funds from
the PAYGO program will pay for air conditioning, roofs, electrical, plumbing
and other essentials.
