How will UNR and UNLV
sustain themselves financially without support from the state? The
answer is they can’t and won’t be able to. It appears to me that may be
the end of a meaningful higher
education system in Nevada.
Education is important but without meaningful employment opportunities we all will soon be on the dole. We need to produce stuff the World wants to buy.
Ten years is a long way off and it sounds like they are trying to ween the system off public money. Could be the best thing for the university system, why be so negative?
