Capital Inequities

During Bill Raggio's time in the Senate and when UNLV was growing rapidly, facilities were badly needed at UNLV.  Do you know that UNR already had nearly twice the square feet of space per student that UNLV had?  Yet, during the last fifteen years, despite UNLV's demonstrable need, UNR got a building everytime UNLV got one, essentially sustaining the long history of capital inequities.  This was the fault of system leadership, the regents, and the legislature.
